A Spanish brandy from Jerez, made exclusively from distilled wines of Palomino grapes. It is aged in the solera system in American oak casks previously used for sherry. The nose shows caramel, toasted almond and light spices. The palate is warm, balanced and velvety, with a persistent, pleasantly aromatic finish. It can be enjoyed neat or in classic cocktails, and pairs with chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
