M&H Elements Peated Cask is a whisky from the M&H Distillery in Israel, built around the idea of the Atlantic meeting the Mediterranean. It was matured in casks from Islay, which gave it smoky and salty character, then blended with single malt aged in ex-bourbon barrels.
The fruity notes of the new make sit alongside the typical peaty character of the Islay casks, giving a lightly peated whisky.
It is described as delicate and rather mellow, with fruity notes, smoky aromas and salty flavours.
