This is the older style of Macallan 10 Year Old, a Speyside single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It has since been discontinued.
The whisky was matured in sherry wood, with Jerez sherry casks named. It comes in the white and red box of that period, with a pewter stopper, and belongs to the version sold between 1991 and 1999.
