Macallan 10 Year Old Sherry Oak is a discontinued Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. This ten-year-old expression comes in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The nose combines plums, peaches and dried apricots with orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and sherried oak. A creamy palate brings sherry-rich fruit, vanilla, black pepper and toasted almonds, followed by a long, warming finish of spiced malt and oak.
