Macallan – 1968 Celtic Heartlands 34 Year Old

This is a Macallan single malt distilled in 1968 and 34 years old, released as part of Jim McEwan's Celtic Heartlands range. It is an independent bottling. The range deliberately stands out from the crowd. These are not standard bottlings, and the whiskies are meant to stimulate the mind with their complexity and originality rather than being tired, out-of-balance old malts.
