This is a 2007 vintage Macallan single malt, 18 years old, made for The Macallan James Bond 60th Anniversary Collection. It belongs to Decades 3, the 1970s, and its packaging carries original concept artwork from Diamonds Are Forever.
It was matured in sherry-seasoned European and American oak and bottled at 45.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines rich dried fruit, warm ginger and polished oak. On the palate come dark chocolate, soft vanilla and baking spices, followed by a long finish.
