Macallan – 2008 Distil Your World London Edition Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 62.9%)

The Macallan 2008 Distil Your World London Edition is a single cask Speyside single malt, made in collaboration with The Macallan whisky maker Steven Bremner and Josep Roca. It was distilled on 27 November 2008, matured in a European sherry oak cask and bottled in 2020 at 62.9% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The edition runs to 465 bottles. The tasting notes give bright citrus zest, dried apricot and red berries on the nose, honeyed figs, toasted almonds and dark chocolate on the palate, and a long finish of spiced caramel and smoky oak.
