This is Macallan 25 Year Old from the Anniversary Malt series, a single malt distilled in Scotland and matured in sherry casks. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is dried fruit and sherry undertones with a hint of aged wood. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with layers of dark chocolate, dried figs and subtle spice. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering oak and raisins.
