Macallan 25 Year Old Fine Oak is an official Speyside single malt bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for at least 25 years in a combination of European oak sherry, American oak sherry and American oak ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is peach, blood orange and delicate wood spice. The palate has toasted coconut, vanilla, sultanas and lemon zest, with a touch of soft peat smoke. The finish is long, with warm sherry oak, citrus and gentle spice.
