This is Macallan 25 Year Old Sherry Oak, a Speyside single malt released in 2020 and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition from the Sherry Oak series.
The whisky was matured in oak casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Jerez, Spain, and carries a 25 year age statement.
Tasting notes describe citrus and spice on the nose, toffee and pear on the palate, and a finish of gentle spice with vanilla.
