A 30 year old Double Cask single malt from Macallan, matured in sherry-seasoned American and European oak. The 2022 release is naturally coloured, a golden acorn shade.
The nose brings fresh honeycomb, sweet toffee, red apple, fig and vanilla pod. On the palate there is cinnamon, ginger, Madagascan vanilla, dried fruits and oak. The finish is of sweet oak, soft spice and toffee.
