The Macallan 30 Year Old Sherry Oak is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled in 2018 at 43% ABV and sold in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured for 30 years in specially selected Oloroso sherry oak casks from Jerez, Spain.
The nose offers dried fruit and a subtle spice. On the palate there are balanced sherry notes with hints of dark chocolate, and the finish is clean and lingering, with oak and spice.
