This is the 30 year old expression from the Macallan Sherry Oak range, in a 70cl bottle and part of the 2023 release. The range is made up of single malts matured in hand-picked, sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez.
The whisky has a natural dark mahogany colour, the richest in the range.
It is described as smooth, with a long, rich finish.
