This is a Macallan 7 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky from the Armando Giovinetti Special Selection, bottled for the Italian market in collaboration with Armando Giovinetti. It was matured in sherry wood and is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has orange zest and baked apples, then ripe plums and dried apricots, with cinnamon, fresh mint and oak. The palate is rich and creamy, with caramel, toasted almonds, vanilla and spiced honey. The finish is medium to long, with sweet oak and delicate spices.
