Macallan – Classic Cut 2021 Release is a single malt whisky from Macallan (Speyside). Bottled at 51% ABV, 70cl.
This limited edition release from 2021 was matured in ex-bourbon barrels and sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez and bottled at a higher strength than usual for The Macallan at 51% abv. This release was the fifth in the annual series of Classic Cut releases from the Speyside distillery with one of the finest 'cuts' (the portion of spirit taken from the stills) in the industry.
