Macallan Classic Cut 2021 is the 2021 release of this single malt, bottled at 51% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition.
The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon casks and in American oak ex-sherry casks, which give it a fruity, gingery character.
On the nose there are orange, vanilla, ginger and marzipan. The palate brings oak, gingerbread, custard and cinnamon.
