Macallan Distil Your World Hong Kong Edition is a limited release in a series that aims to make a whisky capturing the energy and complexity of a single destination. It is matured in sherry-seasoned European oak hogsheads and American oak casks.
It was co-created by Euan Kennedy of Macallan and the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca, who set out to reflect the city's mix of ancient tradition and modernity. The artwork is by Pat WingShan Wong, known as Flying Pig, and draws on nature, community spirit and the blue waters around Hong Kong.
