Distil Your World, The New York Edition is a Speyside single malt from Macallan, created by whisky maker Polly Logan together with Joan Roca of the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca. It is a limited edition of 1000 bottles at 49.5%.
The whisky was composed from six casks of American and European oak, and its colour, a city sunrise shade, comes from the casks themselves.
It is described as having hints of the Big Apple, the sweetness of American candy with peanuts and chocolate, and a zesty lift of citrus.
