Macallan – Edition No.2 is a single malt whisky from Macallan (Speyside). Bottled at 48.2% ABV, 70cl. This is the second release from the Macallan Edition series. Edition No.2 is a collaboration between Macallan's master blender Bob Delgarno and legendary Spanish chefs Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca. The Rocas are the three brothers behind El Celler de Can Roca (named Best Restaurant in the World twice by Restaurant magazine). This single malt was drawn from a combination of sherry puncheons, butts and refill hogsheads.
