Macallan Edition No. 2 is a Speyside single malt, created as a collaboration between the distillery's master blender and the Spanish chefs Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca.
The whisky is built from a combination of sherry puncheons, sherry butts and refill hogsheads.
It is typically described as floral and fruity, with notes of tropical fruit, black pepper, liquorice and brandy snaps.
