Macallan Edition No.3 (75cl, 48.3%)

The Macallan Edition series combines a selection of distilling in various oak casks embodying the mastery of whisky making which has been carried out on the Macallan estate since 1824. Every year a new edition combines a different set of casks. Edition no. 3 is Yellow in colour and comes in a green label and box, the notes of vanilla, fresh oak and floral whiffs greet your nose. ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg are on the palate with a long lasting finish of fruit and sweet oak. Just as complex as its combination of cask distilling.
