Macallan Harmony Collection - Amber Meadow (44.2%)

Amber Meadow is a Speyside single malt from Macallan's Harmony Collection, bottled at 44.2% ABV. It was created with Stella and Mary McCartney, and its packaging is made from cuttings of Scottish meadow grass. The whisky matured in a combination of sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks, which gives it its amber colour. On the nose there are ripe orange and lemon, golden barley, floral honey, creamy vanilla and coconut. The palate brings juicy melon and lemon with oak spice, peeled almonds, honeysuckle and soft vanilla. The finish is long, with lingering sweetness and delicate fruit.
