Fine Cacao is a Macallan single malt from the Harmony Collection, a limited annual release series that focuses on sustainability and the distillery's connection to nature. It is the first edition in the series. The packaging is made from natural materials, is fully recyclable and is produced using green energy. The colour is described as toasted cacao beans. The nose has chocolate, butter toffee, oak and pear, and the palate brings chocolate-covered raisins, ginger warmth, fig and marzipan. The finish is medium, with chocolate.
