A single cask Macallan Speymalt from Gordon & MacPhail, distilled in 2001 and bottled in 2024 from cask 5101. It is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at a cask strength of 58.8% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The nose brings dark chocolate, raisins, dried fruit and spicy oak. On the palate there are sherry notes, spice, candied orange and a hint of coffee, followed by a long, warming finish.
