Macallan The Archival Series Folio 5 is a limited edition Speyside single malt commemorating the distillery's past advertising campaigns. Bottled by Macallan in 2019 at 43% ABV, the release comprised 3,250 bottles.
Its deep amber colour precedes a light, fresh nose of apple and pear, alongside dates, figs and wood spice. Yellow fruit and an oily texture shape the palate, while sherried spice and a little black pepper carry through the finish.
