Distilled in Speyside at the Macallan distillery, this release forms part of sixth and final chapter of the distillery's The Harmony Collection and is a collaboration with pastry chef, Jordi Roca. This expression was put down to mature in sherry seasoned & ex-bourbon American oak for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled at a strength of 46.3% abv.
