Macallan – The Harmony Collection Intense Arabica (2022)

Macallan Intense Arabica is a single malt from the Harmony Collection, inspired by high-end coffee. Macallan worked with baristas and coffee specialists to capture the deep notes of Arabica coffee, without using any coffee in the whisky. It was matured in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, giving a creamy style with pronounced chocolate, caramel and roasted notes. The nose shows espresso, cocoa, raisins, caramel, vanilla and soft oak. The palate is creamy and warm, with dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, toffee, honey, spices and soft sherry. The finish is medium to long, softly spicy and sweet.
