Macallan Time: Space Mastery is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43.6% ABV. It has a warm cherry colour.
The nose brings Medjool dates, baked figs and rich milk chocolate, with light touches of honey and tropical notes of dried mango and ripe papaya, all wrapped in sweet oak. On the palate there is clear sweetness, with dried fruits, orange marmalade and honeycomb, followed by soft ginger and cinnamon.
The finish carries caramelised pineapple and creamy vanilla, balanced by subtle dark chocolate and coffee.
