This is a seven-year-old aged rum from Panama, made from sugar cane and blended by Master Blender Billy Walker. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit was first matured in American oak in the tropical Panamanian climate, then moved to the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside. After blending, it had a secondary maturation in a cask that previously held peated whisky distilled at GlenAllachie.
