Maculan Pino & Toi TR Veneto IGT Bianco

This is a white Veneto IGT from Maculan, a winery in Breganze. It blends Pinot Bianco, Tocai (Friulano) and Riesling. It ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel and ages there too, to keep the fruit fresh and the varietal aromas intact. The colour is light straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is intense, with green apple, pear, floral touches and a slight minerality. The palate is lively and balanced, with refreshing acidity and a light but harmonious structure.
