Madari Hills Collection Xynisteri Ekfraseis

Madari Hills Collection Xynisteri from Ekfraseis is a white wine made from the indigenous Xynisteri grape in the Madari hills of Cyprus. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose it offers fresh citrus, green apple and white flowers. On the palate it has lively, well-balanced acidity with a fruity and slightly mineral flavour, typical of the calcareous-clay soils of the Madari hills. Fermentation in stainless steel preserves the purity and freshness of the flavours. It suits fish, seafood, salads and fresh cheeses.
