Magnífica Cachaça Traditional Ipê (1L)

Magnífica Cachaça Traditional Ipê is a cachaça from Rio de Janeiro state, made from fresh sugar cane juice. It is wild-fermented and distilled in pot stills, then aged for at least one year in large vats of ipê wood. The colour is clear with the faintest golden hue. The nose is aromatic, with black pepper, sugar cane juice and a touch of truffle. The palate is spicy and sweet at first, with notes of grass and green banana, balanced and well integrated. It dries slightly on the finish. It can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
