Maison Champy Cuvée Edme is a white Bourgogne Chardonnay from 2023, made from hand-harvested grapes grown in Puligny, Meursault and Rully.
After fermentation the wine spends 10 months in barrel, 30% of them new French barriques. The chief oenologist selected Chardonnay from the 30 best barrels for this wine.
It is harmonious, combining the classic Chardonnay character of the Côte d'Or with the floral elegance typical of the Côte Chalonnaise. It comes in a 75cl bottle at 13.5% ABV.
