A Crémant du Jura AOC from Maison du Vigneron, made from Chardonnay. The grapes are hand harvested and pressed directly, then fermented in wooden casks before ageing on the lees. It has a fine, persistent mousse and a bright golden colour. The nose shows golden apple, pear, citrus, toasted hazelnut and brioche. On the palate the demi-sec sweetness is balanced by lively acidity.
