Maker's Mark 101 Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon made to the classic Maker's recipe and bottled at 101 proof, which is 50.5% ABV. It is the higher-strength version of the standard bourbon and sits alongside the separately named Cask Strength bottling.
The nose combines soft baking spice, oak and apple butter. On the palate come dried fig, butterscotch and vanilla. The finish brings white chocolate and dried fruit, and it is long and robust.
