Maker's Mark Cask Strength Batch 21-02 is a Kentucky bourbon from the Maker's Mark distillery in Loretto, bottled uncut and non-chill-filtered at 55.2% in a 75cl bottle. The batch number marks it as the second Cask Strength release of 2021. The mash bill is wheated, made from corn, red winter wheat and malted barley, with no rye. Each bottle is sealed with the brand's hand-dipped red wax. The palate leans on front-of-mouth sweetness, deep vanilla and rich oak, with caramel and spice, and it stays smooth for its strength.
