Maker's Mark Cellar Aged is a Kentucky bourbon bottled in 2023 at cask strength, 57.85%, in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition with no added colour, and it is not chill-filtered.
The whisky spent more than 10 years in the distillery's warehouse and was then aged further in a cellar. The ages stated are 11 and 12 years. This slower maturation is said to give a richer, more complex aroma while keeping the essential Maker's Mark flavour profile.
