Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged 2024 Release Straight Bourbon (59.6%)

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged is the distillery's first older expression, and the 2024 release is a blend of 12- and 13-year-old barrels bottled at 119.3 proof (59.65%). The whisky matures first in the traditional warehouse, then spends years in a temperature-controlled limestone cellar, which adds richer and more complex flavour. The aim was a brighter, fruitier Maker's Mark, keeping the founder's idea of bourbon without the bite. The nose shows caramelised sugar, citrus and almond. The palate brings shortbread, rich coconut and bright spice. The finish is long and mouthcoating, with dried dark fruit and toasted oak.
