This is the 2025 release of Maker's Mark Cellar Aged, a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle. It is made in small batches and aged in the distillery's limestone cellar, where extra years add a rich oak influence to the soft red winter wheat profile of the house style.
The nose has dark fruit, vanilla and toasted oak with subtle spice. The palate is silky yet robust, with caramel, cocoa, dried fig and seasoned wood. The finish is long and warm, with oak, leather and gentle sweetness.
