Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2026 is the fourth annual release in the distillery's cellar-aged series, a cask-strength wheated Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 56.05% ABV (112.1 proof).
It blends 49% 11-year-old, 33% 12-year-old and 18% 14-year-old bourbon. Maturation begins in traditional Kentucky warehouses, then selected barrels move to the limestone cellar at Star Hill Farm, held at around 50°F, where the cooler air slows oak extraction.
The nose is dark cherry, clove, vanilla bean and soft orchard fruit. The palate brings honey, brown sugar, ripe plum, vanilla and mature oak. The finish is warming and silky, with almond, nutmeg, green apple and lingering sweetness.
