Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged Bourbon 2025 Release (70cl)

A 2025 limited edition from the Maker's Mark Cellar Aged series, in a 700ml bottle. Hand-selected barrels are matured in the brand's limestone cellar, and the blend draws on older Maker's Mark barrels, including bourbon aged up to 12 years. It is non-chill filtered. The cellar gives a slower, cooler maturation, and the aim is to keep the house sweetness alongside a deep oak character. The nose offers dark caramel, toasted oak, vanilla bean and baking spice. The palate is dense and rich, with molasses, cocoa, aged leather and spice, leading to a long, warming, oak-forward finish with balanced sweetness.
