Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged Limited 2025 Edition (70cl, 56.5%)

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged is a limited bourbon released each year with a different cask combination. The 2025 edition is bottled at 56.5% in a 70cl bottle and is non-chill-filtered, with no colouring added. This year's batch is made up of 74% eleven-year-old, 10% thirteen-year-old and 16% fourteen-year-old bourbon. The notes describe dried fruit, caramel and vanilla on the nose, with oak and fine spices. The palate is sweet and spicy, with chocolate, roasted nuts and juicy cherries and plums. The finish is long and smooth, with warmth, soft tannins and balanced sweetness.
