Maker's Mark Dita's Blend is a Private Selection bourbon bottled at barrel strength, 55% ABV. It was hand-selected by Dita and finished in Maker's limestone cellar.
The finish uses ten oak staves added mid-age to the wheated bourbon base, which brings robust spice, gentle sweetness and oak warmth.
The nose is spicy, with fresh ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. The palate opens with gingerbread and cardamom-tinged cream, followed by maple caramel and a velvety texture.
