Maker's Mark – Star Hill Farm American Wheat Whisky 2026 (70cl)

Star Hill Farm American Wheat Whisky is a 2026 release from Maker's Mark, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from three types of wheat: soft red winter wheat, the signature grain of the Maker's Mark mash bill, together with hard red and hard white wheat. Each grain adds something different. Soft red winter brings sweetness with cinnamon and fig, hard white wheat a silky texture, and the heirloom hard red a fruity brightness with lingering spice. The three are blended into a complex but rounded whisky. The aroma is darker and denser, and the flavour is complex, with amplified fruit.
