Maker's Mark Star Hill Farm Whisky 2026 Release (75cl, 58.2%)

Star Hill Farm Whisky 2026 is Maker's Mark's second annual corn-free American wheat whisky, aged seven to eight years and bottled at 58.2% (116.4 proof) without chill filtration. The mashbill uses malted wheat, hard red wheat and hard white wheat, grown on the distillery's own farm in Loretto, Kentucky. This edition reworks the recipe of the 2025 debut around malted wheat and includes experimental barrels, drawn from three rickhouse floors with a 20-point proof swing. The nose shows strawberry preserves, apricot, peach and orange marmalade. Chocolate-covered cherry, vanilla custard, wildflower honey and ginger come through on the palate, and the finish is long and warming with wheat spice, dark chocolate and gentle oak.
