Star Hill Farm Whisky 2026 Release is an American wheat whisky from Maker's Mark, made at the distillery in Loretto, Kentucky and bottled at a cask strength of 58.2% ABV. It is made from three types of wheat: the soft red winter wheat the brand is known for, together with hard red wheat and hard white wheat. Maker's Mark presents it as a study of how grain variety shapes flavour through distillation, maturation and blending. It is Estate Whiskey certified. The nose is dark and dense, with molasses, fig and delicate spice. The palate brings zesty citrus, ripe pear, shortbread and honeyed wheat, and the finish is lingering, with rich sweetness and soft cinnamon.
