Maker's Mark The Keepers Release 2025 is a limited Kentucky straight bourbon from the Wood Finishing Series, made in Loretto and bottled at a cask strength of 54.6%.
Fully matured Maker's Mark bourbon is finished with custom toasted American oak staves. Two finishing profiles, of roughly five and nine weeks, are blended together. The release is named for the warehouse team who rotate the barrels by hand.
The nose brings seasoned oak, brûléed sugar, vanilla and light tobacco. On the palate come caramel, toasted oak, cinnamon, dark fruit and hints of mint, followed by a long, warm finish of roasted sweetness, spice and oak.
