Maker's Mark The Keepers Release 2025 is a limited Kentucky straight bourbon made in Loretto, Kentucky. The mash bill is corn, soft red winter wheat and malted barley, and the bourbon is aged for over six years.
It is then finished with custom toasted American oak staves and bottled at 54.6% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose offers seasoned oak, caramelised sugar, cocoa and hints of stone fruit. The palate is rich and creamy, with brown sugar, maple syrup, toasted vanilla and baking spice. The finish is long, with dark chocolate, dried fruit and charred oak.
