Maker's Mark Wood Finishing Series: The Stewards Release is a 2026 limited-edition bourbon, in a 75cl bottle at 54.9% ABV. It is the third release in the second Wood Finishing Series, which honours the operational leaders at Star Hill Farm in Loretto, Kentucky.
It begins with Maker's Mark's wheated bourbon, aged for around six years, and is finished with ten virgin oak staves.
The tasting notes describe cherry pie and vanilla bean on the nose, honey, toasted marshmallow and candied ginger on the palate, and a vibrant finish of stone fruit and salted caramel.
