Maker's Mark – Yam Jam Kelsey Plum Private Selection Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl, 55.7%)

This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Maker's Mark, the Yam Jam Private Selection created with Kelsey Plum. It is bottled at 55.7% (111.3 proof) in a 75cl bottle, and reflects her "Perfectly Unreasonable" philosophy of trusting your gut and pushing further. The nose has bright chilli spice, lemon and citrus, toasted oak, white pepper and cherry. The palate runs to sweet potato pie, toasted pecan, clove, cinnamon and burnt caramel. The finish is long, with bright spice, baking chocolate, pie cherries and orange rind.
